All you have to do is snap a photo of a reward you’ve redeemed with your points and send it in to go into the draw to win the monthly prize.

Pics4Prizes Terms and Conditions

  1. The Smart Loyalty ‘Pics4Prizes’ Competition (“Competition”) is run by Smart Loyalty New Zealand (“Promoter”).

  2. By submitting an entry in the Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  3. For your entry to be eligible to win you must be a valid member of one of the SmartLoyalty facilitated Rewards programmes.

  4. You can submit a ‘Pics4Prizes’ entry by uploading a photo of a reward you have redeemed using your points at www.pics4prizes.co.nz.

  5. Smart Loyalty New Zealand will judge the winning entry and the winners will be contacted directly by Smart Loyalty New Zealand.

  6. Smart Loyalty New Zealand will make all reasonable efforts to notify the winner. If for any reason Smart Loyalty New Zealand, having made reasonable efforts to contact the eligible winner drawn, has failed to contact the winner one week after the announcement, Smart Loyalty New Zealand may, at its discretion: a). Deem the winner to have forfeited their right to the Prize; and b). Draw another eligible winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  7. The Prize will be either delivered via courier or hand delivered to the relevant winner.

  8. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If any Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that Prize.

  9. Smart Loyalty New Zealand take no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by the Winner as a result of taking the prizes except as required by law.

  10. Employees of Smart Loyalty New Zealand are not eligible.

  11. The ‘Pics4Prizes’ Competition is in no way related to Apple and Apple is not a sponsor of the Competition.

  12. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook

  13. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you consent to Smart Loyalty New Zealand using your uploaded photo in future, in whole or in part, with or without written copy, for any lawful purpose relating to marketing of Smart Loyalty New Zealand products and services, in any media whatsoever now known or hereafter developed, without right or

    prior approval of the use.

  14. Smart Loyalty New Zealand reserves the right, with sole discretion, to null and void any win that Smart Loyalty New Zealand reasonably suspects of fraud.

  15. Smart Loyalty New Zealand reserves the right to end the ‘Pics4Prizes’ competition at any time, without notice.
