Joining is easy! Simply open an account with one of our programme partners and talk to them about earning SmartTrade reward points.
Alternatively, feel free to fill out our Business Directory and select who you trade with, or who you are interested in trading with. If you already have an account with a programme partner, let us know your account number to speed up the process.
Visit rewards-shop.co.nz where you’ll find over 6,000 rewards to choose from. You can also redeem via your SmartTrade app.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, give us a call to let us know what you’re after and we’ll do our best to get you your Dream Reward.
The fastest and easiest way to check your points balance is by logging into the SmartTrade app. Alternatively, you can log in to rewards-shop.co.nz, or keep an eye on your inbox for regular email updates.
Points are issued approximately three months following purchase. For example, spend in May, pay your account in June, points are issued at the end of July.
If you haven’t received your points after this period, please contact our support team with your order details.
Please note: You need to keep your account paid current to earn reward points.
Rewards can take 10 – 15 working days to be delivered. If you have ordered more than one reward, they may be coming from different suppliers, so you may receive one earlier than the other.
If you haven’t received your rewards within 10 – 15 working days, please contact us.
Visit the Rewards Shop or open your SmartTrade app and enter your email address, then click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
